On Sunday, Nov 17th from 3-5 PM, KEC will present two speakers at Kingston’s Village Green Community Center. Alyssa Barton is an attorney with Puget Soundkeeper Alliance who will report on the Alliance’s work regarding plastic pollution and other marine debris in Washington’s waters. Greg Wingard will discuss toxics and water quality, and conservation efforts to restore ecological health. He is president of the Green River Coalition and also executive director of the Waste Action Project.
