As drought looms we learn about our local water source, regulatory protections, the impact of increased development, and what we can do to Keep Kitsap Green.
Joining friends on Native Plant walks is something I look forward to weekly. Photographing the flowers, trees , ferns, mosses and lichens is one of my greatest joys.
The 4-day Kitsap Bioblitz is part of the worldwide City Nature Challenge using iNaturalist to document plants, animals, & fungi living in our parks & natural areas.
