Join environmental legal experts and community organizers from CELDF (Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund, a national organization working for over 30 years on community rights and the rights of Nature) to explore new strategies for protecting the environment. In a time when community health and environmental integrity and balance are being overwhelmed by corporate interests, the need to create local governance practices is urgent. All hands on deck!

Democracy School takes place at Ground Zero Center in Poulsbo, Friday evening 6:30-9:30pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. Snacks provided Friday, snacks and lunch on Saturday.
