KEC’s Public Meeting Wednesday, July 6 @ 7-8:30 pm by Zoom

Join us for our midyear KEC public meeting to help shape our collective future.

We’ll be brainstorming and listening to one another about how to build greater ownership and engagement of the public in shaping the county’s future. Such involvement is key to supporting the health and well-being of all of life in Kitsap County —including, but not limited to, humans.

The agenda is:

• Update on accomplishments and actions of KEC four work groups (30 minutes)
  • Education and Outreach
  • Local Projects
  • Kitsap County Issues
  • State Level Issues
• Overview of Kitsap County Comprehensive Plan 2024 and its relevance to KEC: Presentation by Eric Baker, Deputy County Administrator (15 minutes)
• Public Engagement in Shaping the County’s Future (45 minutes)
