In-Person Meeting: January 18 @ 6 pm Commissioners Chambers, Kitsap County Administration Building, 619 Division St. Port Orchard

Two public comment periods are running concurrently:

• Public comment on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement will be taken until 4:30 p.m. January 31, 2024.
• Comments on the other documents may be submitted through at least April 8, 2024 and depending on the topic, through December 2024.
